Raquel  majored in management  and minored in accounting,  graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business  Administration from Barry University , where I met  Mr. Padró, most  known as “Pepin”, who has been my boss , my CPA and also a friend . I can’t say enough of this relationship; it has been positive, challenging and has inspired my entrepreneurial spirit.


My role in the firm is that of setting the pace, I take part in everything but primarily focus my efforts on working with the clients. As in any industry our clients are exposed to external pressures as technology changes, economic, competition, corporate structures and others.  I take the time to meet everyone in the process and understand current and future needs. My philosophy is “What can I do for you“.

The more we grew to know our clients, the more they relied on us.  Through the years I have accumulated much experience in business in general and my interest is in adapting and be flexible to the needs of our clients, helping them to achieve their goals with some measure of success, maintaining good relationships and building trust as well. It makes me very proud seen our clients realize their true potential.
